Case 5

"I bid on this auction because I did like this doll very much but...

only the outfit was listed!"

Most of our members are not fluent in Japanese and they use a web translator to find out the meaning of the auction offer.
Please do understand that what we do is to place your bid to the auction you indicate to us and we don't have any knowledge about the auction content.
And please try to avoid bidding on an auction if you have any doubt about the listed item or if you think that the auction offer is not clear enough.
Note that if you bid on an auction, this is your own responsability and a bid can not be cancelled under any circumstances.

To avoid such mistakes, you can;

  • Check the auction category which can be helpful to understand what exactly is listed

  • Try to use a second web translator to avoid misunderstandings;
    Google also has a translation feature which is called "language tools"; please click here

  • Finally do not forget that if an auction offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
